Forest City Motorrad Club of Southwestern Ontario will be hosting it's 28th rally at the
Springwater Conservation Area. All motorcyclists are welcome to three nights of camping with showers, continuous coffee, campfire and prizes. Friday has a 5pm setup and biker stew (contribute a can). Saturday has a dice run (win a motorcycle jacket), followed by an evening barbecue and entertainment. Sunday you can tour

The 5th Annual Forbidden Ride promises to be another fun and busy weekend for the whole family. Featuring Saturday Afternoon's ride visiting at least 5 towns in beautiful Perth County. The weekend also includes Show and Shine, live music, great local food with a full course BBQ meal. There will also be a 50/50 draw, raffle, prize giveaways and lots more. AMC Complex on Interchange Way, the starting point for the Bikers Against Despair ride for the last 10 years, the annual event will depart from
Dave and Buster's at 9:45am. Weaving together the best roads in York and Durham regions in an all new pattern, the ride will include favourites like the
Holland Marsh as well as new treasures you'll want to revisit on your own. Renew your love of riding in the picturesque back roads of Southern Ontario. Enjoy a mid-ride break at the
Belvedere Cookhouse then wind into the

A group motorcycle ride through scenic Haldimand County beginning at
Baldwin's Cycle. Funds raised will go towards the DHHF's Endowmnet Fund to ensure the future vitality of healthcare in the community.

This year the Canadian Motorcycle Cruisers Chapter 003, Mississauga presents the Show & Shine at
Montana's Cookhouse. The event begins at 10am and runs until 2pm with prizes, 50/50 draw, food and vendors.
Last year's event saw 256 riders raise over $44,000 for prostate cancer research and awareness. This year the first 400 riders get a free meal ticket and gift. Lots of great prizes and fun to be had.
Last year's participants, 800+ riders, dedicated volunteers and generous sponsors raised over $53,000 for the fight against prostate cancer. Funds from the 9th annual fundraiser will go directly to Windsor & Essex's Regional Comprehensive Men's Health Program.

Last year over 200 riders raised more than $25,000 for the fight against prostate cancer. This year takes off from the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #124 at 9:00am sharp. The scenic 2 hour poker run starts at Hospice Simcoe,
336 Penetanguishene Road. The ride ends in Barrie with prizes to be awarded and food for purchase. All proceeds go towards Hospice Simcoe. Online fundraising is already open for Central Ontario's most anticipated motorcycle fundraiser of the summer. Ride for Sight will be taking place again in 2013 at
Tudhope Park. In it's previous 34 years, this event has raised over $19 million in funds towards research, treatment and ultimately finding a cure for blindness.
Formerly known as the Prostate Cancer Motorcycle Ride for Dad, the Northern Cancer Foundation hosts this annual fundraiser for local prostate cancer research. Departing from the
Northeast Cancer Centre, the ride travels through Greater Sudbury for 120 kilometres- rain or shine. The ride concludes with a free BBQ, live entertainment and awards presentation.

A legendary event of absurb proportions, the Mad Bastard Scooter Rally pits 100 low-cc scooter riders, paired into teams, against a long distance ride through Ontario's countryside. There are prizes for the wildest costumes, silliest behaviour (pics or it didn't happen) and of course, who finished the course first. We'd recommend a route for this, but something tells us you'll be too tired to ride it. Not for the faint of heart, but definitely for the adventurous spirit.
This event is for motorcycle enthusiasts to come together and reach a common goal of bringing awareness to Lupus. The ride begins at the event's sponsor

The 3rd Annual Bikefest is the get away destination for this summer in the Kawarthas. Last year over 7000 people attended. This year they are expecting closer to 10,000 people to come out and enjoy the

Used Bike Corral, Bikefest church service and prizes and award given out throughout the day. All events will take place in the downtown core from 10am to 4pm.

The Bikers Reunion started in 1999 as a fundraiser for cancer and as a community event celebrating the thrill of motorcycling. An annual event since 2004, it has raised $697,000 in donations towards curing and treating cancer and has seen thousands of bikers and non-bikers come to this family oriented event from all over North America, Europe and beyond. The
East Williams Optimist Club's 5th annual Rural Ramble will start at the
Nairn Optimist Park and embark on a 200km route through Middlesex Kent and Elgin Counties. The ride will take approximately 3hrs to complete with no stops. There will be three rest stops that are recommended for 20 to 30 minute stops at each so as to enjoy what is there. The ride will be followed by a BBQ dinner starting at 4pm. The Canada Day Cruise will be all on paved roads and avoid all construction zones. Proceeds will go to supporting the
Bravery Bead Program at Children's Hospital of Southwestern Ontario.

The first annual Ride for Sight in Sault Ste. Marie yielded some great results for vision research over the Canada Day weekend in 2012. Together, riders raised more than $20,000 for the Foundation Fighting Blindness. With the event moved to the

Last year this event brought together 150 caring and generous riders and enthusiasts to raise more than $50,000 for child sexual abuse prevention, education and treatment programs. This year is the 22nd Annual CAPPY Ride.
The first annual Muskoka Motorcycle Rally will include motorcycle skills shows, stunt shows, demo rides and vendors all on the shores of the beautiful Lake Muskoka. There will also be live music, food, beer and a VIP sunset cruise. There will be free parking lots right at the Gravenhurst Wharf dedicated for motorcycles only with attendants on site to safeguard your ride. There are many options for
accommodations including camping just minutes south of the event.

The weekend will take place at the Cargill Community Centre starting with the Jerry Lippert Memorial Biker Run on Saturday at 9am. The afternoon will include a Show and Shine, Motorcycle Rodeo & Burn Out Pit and live music from the
Breakwater Blues Band. There will be a dance on Saturday night from 9pm to 1am with live music from
CrAzY MaKeR. Sunday morning offers a breakfast from 8 to 11am.

Taking place at
Brampton Powersports, the 9th Women Ride Out Against Rape Ride is a women's ride but men and transgendered individuals are welcome and encouraged to come out too. Riders and all participants will raise pledges for the Toronto Rape Crisis Centre/Multicultural Women Against Rape. This year the goal is to have 100 riders raise $100 each for a total of $10,000. There will be special rider goodie-bags and great prizes for top fundraisers as well as a special prize for the participating club that raises the most money.

The Northern Stars National Rally is held annually to help bring members and friends of members to a central meeting point for festivities and fun. Expect demo rides, group rides, vendors, show & shine, draws and prizes. The weekend starts off on Thursday night with the opening cerememonies and live music from the
11 North Band. Friday night there will be the Boat Cruise and the Casino Rama. Transportation to and from both events will be available. On Sunday evening there will be a dinner, dance and award ceremony. The weekend will include much more. Check the website for details on

This year there will be a new ride route leaving from St. Andrews West to Brockville and back to Cornwall on some of eastern Ontario's scenic back roads. Picking up riders along the way, the ride will end at the 2013 Seaway Lions Rib Fest at Lamoureux Park for a nice meal, live entertainment and a beer garden. Includes a reserved section for riders where there will be security to watch over the bikes.

August 2013 Cruiser Events
One of the few remaining club rallies in the province, the long-running Freedom Rally will be held at the
Mine Mill Campground. The weekend will feature three nights of camping, a dance on Saturday night with entertainment by
Spyder's Web, a catered dinner Sunday evening, continental breakfasts, guided road rides, motorcycle field events and free wiener roasting at the nightly bonfires. Proceeds will support

The 5th annual cross-country relay ride will start on August 2nd in St. John's, NL and end in Victoria, BC on August 25th. On August 11th the ride will depart Ottawa and travel to Trenton, about 300km. The ride will overnight there and leave on the 12th to travel 300km to Borden, stay there then the next day for a longer haul of 625km to Sault Ste. Marie. After a rest there it's another long run to get to Thunder Bay. On the 15th the ride will depart Thunder Bay and Ontario for Winnipeg, Manitoba and the rest of the West.

This is the Granddaddy of motorcycle events in Ontario. If you've been then you know
what we're talking about. If you haven't then you've probably heard about it. Famous the world over, this mass convergence of motorcycles has taken place in Port Dover every Friday the 13th since 1981. Expect tens of thousands of bikers and visitors this September. The 10th Annual ride will depart from the Canadian Firefighters Museum at 10am. Each year this ride honours the memory of former Fire Chief Scott Robinson who died on April 1, 2004. All proceeds from the ride are donated to

Sign in starts on Friday night from 6-7:30pm and Saturday 7:30am. Races finish around 2pm. No gate fees. $25 for Burnt River members 1st class, $10 for 2nd class. The weekend will be held at Cochrane's Track. Saturday practice time is 9am-4pm and Sunday is racing from 8am to 5pm.

26, Steve Garnsey Annual BMA Spring Ride, Calabogie, ON A perennial club favourite to shake out the cobwebs, this will get the fuel flowing. Meet at the
Calabogie Highlands Golf Course for 8:00am registration, 9:00am rider's meeting and 9:15 departure. Lunch contribution of $25 is requested, $35 for non-members. Calabogie can be a challenging ride area suitable for advanced novices to experts. Not suitable for children or beginners. Riders under 16 need to be strong riders.

June 2013 Off-Road Events
Starting with registration at 9:30am and bikes out by 10:00am. Lunch contribution of $25 is requested, $35 for non-members.
Taking place at the Free Flow Mx Park, Saturday will be a practice day. Everyone is welcome to practice with the club. Sunday is race day and the track will be open to spectators at no charge.
This event will take place at
Abalea Acres and is hosted by the
Bytown Motorcycle Association. After listening to suggestions from riders, this still technical course has been opened up to allow some more passing, been given a longer track and has an improved extreme section for afternoon class riders. Morning race starts at 10:00am and afternoon race at 1:00pm. There will be a BBQ on race day. All proceeds will go to charity. Registration open from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
Recommended Accommodations: Basic camping will be available on site.

September 2013 Off-Road Events
7, 8, Calbogie Boogie Dual Sport Ride, Calabogie, ON
Ontario's premiere ride event, the Calabogie Boogie draws riders from Ontario, Quebec and Northeastern U.S. attracted by some of the best riding terrain around. Suitable for advanced novices to experts. Not suitable for children or beginners. Riders under 16 need to be strong riders. Most trails will be single track, although dirt road and atv tracks may be used as connectors. Calabogie can be a challenging ride area. There will be a main loop, with various optional routes marked for difficulty ranging from Level 3 (intermediate) to Level 5 (experts only). Staging area at
Calabogie Highlands Golf Course. Sound check and sign in starting at 3:00pm on Friday the 6th and 7:00pm on Saturday the 7th. Advance registration required online at
www.oftr.ca. $100 for OFTR Members, $125 for non-OFTR Members or registrations after September 2nd. Primitive camping available at the start/finish point.
