Artists on Elgin is pleased to be hosting His World- Featuring a collection of new paintings by Ivan Wheale. The exhibit runs from October 3 to October 29. The opening reception will be held on October 8 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Jennifer Bélanger "Song and Dance"
La Galerie du Nouvel-Ontario presents Jennifer Bélanger, Song and Dance. The show runs until October 8 is from noon to 5 p.m. Song and Dance is an accumulation of stories, some fictional, some autobiographical, which explore circumstances that make up one's identity. The artist's interest lies in the transformation of ordinary objects or daily activities into intriguing or amusing art pieces. Jennifer Bélanger has a BFA from Moncton University and an MFA from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. Her work has been presented in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Québec and Ontario.
