1. Wild Blueberry Products: Algoma Highlands Wild Blueberry Farm

If you're from Northern Ontario, you know that wild blueberries are so much more delicious than cultivated blueberries. Algoma Highlands Wild Blueberry Farm in Wawa sells delicious home-grown products straight from the fields of their farm. I purchased the wild blueberry jam and I love how simple the ingredients are: wild blueberries and cane sugar. The jam is great on toast, with bagels and cream cheese or if you want to get fancy serve it on top of brie with crackers.

This artisan distillery in Hearst owned and operated by the Rheault family handcrafts small batches of spirits. The award-winning Loon Vodka is clear, smooth and velvety. The Rheault Distillery is one of only five micro-distilleries in Ontario and its vodka process is quite interesting. The vodka itself goes through a 4 times distilled process; a traditional Russian-inspired "alpha vodka". The label represents true Northern Ontario designed by Aboriginal Artist Stephen Peltonen. This is a must purchase for anyone looking to buy a locally produced spirit for their connoisseur.
