Sandbanks Provincial Park

If you haven't already been you've probably heard of it—here's the route to get you there!

Sandbanks Provincial Park has become a major destination for riders touring Ontario. With its incredible pristine beaches on the shores of Lake Ontario, special events organized by the park staff for visitors, the clean campgrounds and comprehensive amenities, to say nothing of the scenic ride.

For riders who like camping, this is one of Ontario's most favoured destinations, but you'll have to remember to book ahead as a result. For those who prefer hotels or bed and breakfasts, Prince Edward County doesn't disappoint. There are literally dozens of offerings, most of which are motorcycle friendly.

We've created this map to take riders to Sandbanks, as well as some of the other scenic Provincial Parks in the region. Lake on the Mountain Provincial Park is renowned as a natural curiosity. Sitting 60 meters above the surrounding Lake Ontario, it has a constant supply of clean fresh water without any apparent source.  Voyagers can use Sandbanks as their day stop and enjoy a night at the Lake on the Mountain resort. The stunning views of the Bay of Quinte are front and centre here, but the cuisine and luxury relaxation quarters also make a significant play for your attention.

Don't wait till it's too late—start planning your trip now!
