A Collection of Glamorous Glamping Experiences

Glamp | ing n.
British/ Informal - A form of camping involving accommodations and facilities more luxurious than those associated with traditional camping.

The Oxford Dictionary recognizes glamping as a noun, which means it has become a "thing." If you haven't heard about it yet, don't worry. Glamping was introduced to Canada and the United States only recently. The glamorous trend was adopted from places like Africa, Thailand and Great Britain, where people have been camping in the lap of luxury for decades.

Glamping provides the best of camping (nature, outdoors experiences, campfires, etc.), without the hassle of pitching a tent, unrolling a sleeping bag, and sleeping on/near the ground. Many glamping operators in Northeastern Ontario prepare packages, which include full-course meals and guided outdoor experiences.
