Using Your Tour Planner

Now that you have decided to make Ontario your destination this winter, how do you go about answering your questions and making your plans? Ontario is a very big place, so how do you decide what part of this province to visit? How do you know where the snow is and what trails are open? How do you get here and where do you stay? What else do you need to know?

Ontario is very snowmobile-friendly – and we want to prove it from the start by making it as easy and simple as possible for you to snowmobile here. That’s why we’ve partnered with the OFSC to develop this handy Tour Planner. It’s a companion piece to the OFSC Provincial Snowmobile Trail Guide, which shows an overview of our trails.

The Tour Planner is your primary tour-planning tool. It details everything you need to know about snowmobiling in Ontario. It was written for snowmobilers by snowmobilers, so you can rely on the information it contains.

Much of this material can also be found by clicking gorideontario.ca/snow, but this Tour Planner provides you with a hard copy reference to carry with you and use when you do not have internet access. It’s like the bible of Ontario Snowmobiling, putting all the answers right at your fingertips!
