It's so important to support the local economy as Ontario starts to reopen. We love our family-owned retailers and restaurants and we're proud to shop local! It's pretty easy to do with so many incredible places to shop here. With that in mind, check out all the places that are open for business on St. Joseph Island.

RESTAURANTS

Restaurants are currently offering delivery or curbside pickup, and as of June 12th, outdoor dining. You can even order alcohol to go with your meal! Here’s a list of restaurants that are currently open in some capacity.

Frannie's on the Island is a family style farm to table restaurant. Delivering home country cooking with local & eco-friendly flair! Their takeout menu is available Wednesday - Saturday 11:00am - 6:00pm.

Richards Landing Municipal Marina

The Richards Landing Municipal Marina is a full service marina with gas, shower and laundry facilities. Slips in the West Basin have 30 and 50 amp power and water at dockside, shoreline boardwalk and adjoining grassy area with picnic tables which makes a great place to set up the BBQ. The East Basin offers transient slips for quick access to downtown services or for diners attending one of the three local restaurants

The Lounge Presents: The Go North Festival

THURSDAY, JULY 2nd, 2020

CION and DNO Present: The Lounge, an online concert series featuring music curated from Northern Ontario Festivals and select Northern Ontario Films. The Go North Music Festival is a one-day music festival held on Beautiful St. Joseph Island The day-long family-friendly event features a variety of musical acts primarily from across Canada. The music ranges from blues and folk, to rock and pop, with a focus on new music and excellent local talent.

The show will air live on this Facebook event and at www.cionorth.ca.
