Where is timmins?

This scenic waterfront city is home to a bustling downtown with pristine nature just minutes away in any direction.

Deep in Northern Ontario's boreal forest is a city that offers an escape from daily demands and provides experiences that will take your breath away. A 10-minute drive in any direction will bring you to the edge of town where you can step into the forest with a rod and reel, a camera, and expectations of encountering nature at her finest. Lakes full of fish beckon and the colours of autumn will swirl around you as you breathe in the crisp, clean fall air. A day in the outdoors is a natural remedy for any busy individual.

World-class fishing is just one of the reasons visitors flock to the city.

Timmins is easily accessible by road, plane, and Ontario Northland Railway. The city's Victor M. Power Airport is serviced by Air Canada Jazz, Porter Airlines, Air Creebec, and Bearskin Airlines.
