Looking to keep active, and avoid the cold with a competitive edge? Northern Axperts Axe Throwing Lounge is the ideal place to try something new and keep warm indoors. Situated inside Peddler’s Pub, Northern Axperts is an industrial-themed, licensed axe throwing lounge. It has four throwing alleys enclosed by metal fencing with a wooden target at the end of each; the goal is to throw the axe down the alley and hit the centre of the target with the axe blade. Before throwing, guests are provided with a quick safety tutorial by an axe throwing coach and must sign a waiver… then the fun can begin!
Each axe thrower is provided equipment and is welcome to bring drinks and food from Peddler’s Pub into the axe throwing lounge. Typically, Northern Axperts requires reservations ahead of time for groups of 4 to 6 people depending on the day of the week; however, occasionally, there are call outs where guests can visit the lounge in small groups or individually to try it out. Grab your favourite plaid shirt and prepare to release your inner lumberjack at Northern Axperts Axe Throwing Lounge!
